About NNIT
NNIT was independent from Novo Nordisk in 1994 as an individual business entity yet still owned by Novo Nordisk. Today, NNIT is the fourth largest IT service company in Denmark with annual turnover of about USD 245 million. In 2007, the turnover reached a growth rate of 15%, the employees exceeded 1200. NNIT had three foreign offices outside Denmark, including the SAP Backup Center in Czech and the sales agency in Switzerland and NNIT（TianJin）technology Co.,Ltd in Tianjin, China.
NNIT（TianJin）technology Co.,Ltd is established officially on 26 September 2007. Our domestic and abroad customers are mainly from drug and food industries to whom we provide the latest and professional IT service compatible with the global standards. Till now we have totally 77 employees and plan to increase it to 100-130 in 2 years.

Conscience driven
We are conscience driven because we have our roots in the pharmaceutical world where even the smallest error can cost human lives. This is also reflected in our values. In being open and honest and taking responsibility and ownership for our projects.
We are conscience driven when we come to help customers on a Friday night without having to discuss contractual issues first. We are conscience driven when we dare to challenge our customers’ assumptions. We are conscience driven when we treat each other with respect.

Highly educated employees
All employees in NNIT China are highly educated, and are professional in their own area. Many of them hold the international certificates of the relevant technologies, including ITIL, Microsoft, SAP, Prince 2, Oracle and Mercury. In addition, they are all fluent in both written and spoken English, most important they are all enthusiastic, curious and helpful.

Certifications and Honors
Certifications
NNIT has been ISO-certified since 1997. Our quality management system is in accordance with the requirements in DS/EN ISO 9001:2000. In addition, NNIT is certified at level 2 of Capability Maturity Model Integration® - CMMI, and at level 2 of the People Capability Maturity Model® - PCMM.
Besides that, NNIT is certificated with Danish Standard’s security standard, DS484. With the DS484 NNIT is automatically certified according to the international Information Security Management Standard BS7799.
Second Place in student assessment of Danish workplaces
NNIT came in second place in a recent student assessment of Danish workplaces. The assessment was carried out by Reputation Institute and Moment, and is based on a survey of 9000 university students in science, social science and the liberal arts. The survey listed 96 of the best-known companies in Denmark, and NNIT ranked at the second place.
WLB prize
NNIT has wined the Work Life Balance (WLB) prize, given by CBAF (Centre for Balance between Work Life and Family Life). The reason NNIT has received the prize is as described by CBAF -- “The consideration for the balance between work life and private life is an every day practice in NNIT and today we have chosen to emphasise NNIT because we think they should serve as an example for others to follow.”
Oracle award
At Oracle’s Partner Day, NNIT won the award for the year’s (2007) best system integrator. The award is in recognition of NNIT’s work on the ambitious portal project Borger.dk, which is based on Oracle portal technology.
